This photo was taken in Saipan, MP. Northern Marianna Islands in 1995. This outfit was actually my 3rd Mermaid Inspired Outfit ever made. The shells were from both Guam and Saipan, and the fabric was actually made with net fabric, similar to a fishing net! FIN-TASTIC!
